ACCEPTANCE OF AGREEMENT:
You agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Terms and Conditions of use Agreement with respect to our site. This Agreement constitutes the entire and only agreement between us and you, and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, warranties and understandings with respect to the site, the content, services provided by or listed on the site, are the subject matter of this Agreement. This Agreement may be amended by us at any time and without specific notice to you.
The latest Agreement will be posted on the site, and you should review this Agreement prior to using the site.

CONFIRMATION OF ORDER:
As soon as an order is authorised for payment, you will receive e-mail confirmation for the same. This will indicate your order Number, which you can refer later for checking the online status of your order. Even if an order is confirmed, the price of the product might change. In such case Treasure Box, shall not be liable and the customer will have to bear the difference in price.

DELIVERY PERIOD / SHIPPING POLICY:
Generally, the item is shipped within 7-10 working days from our warehouse.

OUR RETURN POLICY:
if customer wishes to cancel the order then the amount will not be refunded. A coupon will of same amount will be provided to the customer which he/she can use later in future. In case, coupon will not be provided until the item (which is cancelled in order) received back to the company.
If you receive a damaged item, please return the same without any hesitation to us in a proper package. Kindly enclose a note stating the reason for the returns. Also state your order no & send it to us via a trusted courier or mail. As soon as we receive the defective item we will send you a fresh replacement. This facility is only for goods bought from us. Return of any defective / damaged item should be done within 7 days from the date of the receipt to our office at:

We reserve the right and at our sole discretion, without any obligation and without any notice requirement to you, to edit or delete any information or other content appearing on the site, including this Agreement.

However, should it become necessary, we may need to share your information to some extent with vendors, representatives of the law or government, for fraud detection, and for the safety of our site, employees, management, users, members, and other affiliates associated with us.
